Huge hotel rooms with striking Swahili details are available. Each room is furnished with furnishings made of mango wood, white linen, ancient rugs, four-poster beds, and bed heads carved out of sandstone. With a flat-screen TV, air conditioning, a minibar, room service, and a flat-screen TV, the serene rooms offer either two single or a double bed. The majority of premier rooms have balconies and separate sleeping areas.

One of the biggest and most opulent hotels in the region is the Swahili Beach Hotel in Diani. Five-star Diani resort with seven enormous pools, views of the ocean, and spa services. There are three floodlit tennis courts, table tennis, shuffle board, boccie, volleyball, pool/billiards, darts, and archery available. Additionally, there is a water sports centre there where you can rent a boat to go big game fishing or learn how to windsurf, dive, or kite surf.

Diani Beach resort

This resort has roughly 300 rooms and what they claim to be the largest pool in East Africa, this Diani Beach resort is bigger than most possibly looks. This is the place to go if you want to lose yourself or your children in an infinite resort that hums with the sounds of sporting events and the ocean. The four poster double beds in each of the Swahili-styled rooms are handcrafted from Pili-Pili wood. Each room includes a balcony equipped with Lamu comfortable seats. Every room has a fridge, air conditioning, TV, DVD player, and tea/coffee making facilities. Families can choose to have rooms that connect.

Afro-chic Hotel Diani

This hotel located at the extreme end of Diani Beach, right before you round the rocky headland to Tiwi, lies the Afro Chic Hotel Diani. You can get some peace and quiet from the kite surfers and beach lads at this more remote location in Diani. The modest, ten-room hotel offers a distinctive, personalised touch and is cosy, serene, and sophisticated. The rooms are spacious and have cosy African-style décor. We have a huge four-poster bed in our room, along with rugs and coverings with zebra prints. I spent many an hour reading on the private balcony that contains sun loungers. Comfy bathrobes, air conditioning, iPod docking station, minibar, and free Wi-Fi are included in every room. DSTV is included on the complimentary TV in the larger suites.

The magnificent gardens of the Afro Chic Hotel Diani go directly down to the beach. It has a bar as well as an indoor and outdoor lounge. You can enjoy gourmet dining by the pool, in the garden, or even on your own private terrace. Basic amenities include a nice outdoor pool and Jacuzzi. Although there isn’t a spa on site, the Diani Beach hotel can set you up with a massage.
