3 days Tsavo East Safari

A 3 days Tsavo East Safari is a short guided tour than explorers the scenic Tsavo East National Park in Kenya, known for its unique landscape and the diverse wildlife that offers you unforgettable safari experience. The safari begins in Nairobi and ends in Nairobi.

Day 1: Transfer from Nairobi to Tsavo East National park.

On the first day of the safari you will be picked from the airport by your safari driver from Focus East Africa Tours upon arrival, from the airport you will embark on your drive to Tsavo East national park which takes approximately 6-7 hours. Tsavo East National Park is a popular tourist destination situated in the semi-arid area of Taru Desert near the town of Voi in Taita Taveta County formally known as Coast province, the park is famous for hosting a large population of man-eaters and red elephants which get their color from the red dust they roll in. You will arrive in the park in and be served with lunch, after lunch you will go for the afternoon game drive to spot the park’s attractive wildlife. After the experience you will go back to your lodge for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 2: Full day of touring Tsavo East.

The 2nd day of the safari you will wake up early in the morning for breakfast, meet your safari driver then head to the park for a morning game drive. Tsavo East national park is a popular protected area for hosting a large population of man-eaters (lions), on the drive you will see many animals such as pride of animals, red elephants, rhinos, buffaloes, hippo, crocodiles, lesser kadu, gerenuk, waterbucks and many more. You will head back to the lodge for lunch and in the afternoon you will return for another game drive, in the afternoon you will have dinner and stay overnight at your lodge.

Day 3: Depart back to Nairobi.

The 3rd of the Kenya safari is for departure from Tsavo East National park back to Nairobi, after morning breakfast you will have a relaxing session and at exactly 10:00 am you will check out of your lodge and start on your journey back to Nairobi. When you get in Nairobi you will have lunch and then be dropped off at your lodge or at the airport for your departure flight back home.
